It was a weird, janky workaround, let me see if I can find the notes for it, because looking at the report, you can't really tell. For instance, we have 4 of the same looking filter on the report that is like:

Segment ANY OF

, then

Segment NOT ANY OF

, then

Segment ANY OF

, and lastly

Segment NOT ANY OF

. But, each of them are different than each other, even though they look identical on the report and in the filters section of the report
