@Chris Corcoran I understand that you work on the Excel App, but do you guys offer the same support as the normal connector? The Zendesk support? It's terrible. Why do things change in Celigo without any warning? For instance, I have a ticket open with you guys about one of our flows, it is setup to run at certain times of the day, but the first time it runs, it's supposed to bring over all records that match our query, and then the rest of the day, it only pulls in new records and records that have changed. Since January 2nd, that functionality has been broken, it only pulls in new and changed records all day, and I now have to manually pull in all records through your flow. Helpdesk is not very helpful, their first response was 6 hours after I opened the ticket and that person said it appears to be working correctly completely ignoring the attached screenshot that shows the logs of the flow not working normally at all. The screenshot shows instead of pulling in the expected amount of records ( in the hundreds ), the flow is only pulling in 6 or 7 records the first time it runs. And, if I look at my logs from Jan 1st and before, every week day, the first time the flow runs, it pulls in the hundreds of records as expected, not 6 or 7 records. So, something happened between Jan 1st and Jan 2nd for that functionality to quit. Is that normal with other Celigo products? They just stop working normally and Helpdesk thinks they are working fine?
