Need help on a search for marketing: We use 'Class' for our items to describe what type of item it is. Marketing is asking for a search to show those customers who have bought certain classes of items in the past, but never bought items of another class. Doing a customer search using 'Item Purchased (upsell) : Class' is a start, but how to exclude certain classes and include others (not the whole list). If I use two filter lines (one for includes, and one for excludes) the search will still show customers in the result set who have bought the excluded class because it does not match the class that is included, if you know what I mean.
