Lots of inexperienced recruiters in the NetSuite space @alien4u. I wouldn't say you are being harsh, if anything if they have the right mindset you are helping them learn. These recruiters with poor netsuite experience are often the ones who take on clients who have unrealistic expectations and then try and recruit on their behalf- making themselves look bad. My advice - find a recruiter or two who have been around the block and keep a relationship with them. Just like the NetSuite consulting space. There are some brilliant ones and some not so brilliant, SquireSqr has recruiters on there now. Find the ones with the best reviews by searching “staffing” or “recruiting”

That is correct. I have seen job posts for NetSuite dev and the requirement said NS implementations experience, finance, etc.
