Hello, I’m trying to do a CSV import into NetSuite, and one of the columns in my file contains Chinese characters. When I import the CSV, the text changes into weird symbols or unreadable characters. However, if I manually copy and paste the same text from the spreadsheet into the NetSuite field, it displays correctly. Is there a way to accommodate Chinese characters properly during the CSV import process? I’m guessing it may be related to the file encoding format.
