Has anyone seen an issue with (I think) the RSM / NetSuite “Advanced Localization Features” bundle where the “Tax Information” banner/section on the Vendor record briefly appears during page load and then disappears after the form fully initializes? It is happening on creating / editing a Vendor record. Any insight appreciated before I open a formal Oracle/RSM ticket.

ok this is odd.  I am able to reproduce the issue but only this way...
1. Collapse the "Tax Information" banner
2. Refresh the page or simply navigate back
3. I think the RSM bundle glitches or clashes with native functions and removes all the fields under the Tax Information Banner and can not put them back.

Check the console to see if there are client side errors

No errors.  Definitely something in client-side misbehaving though. All Opening a ticket.  Only bundle client scripts in place.  Nothing custom, no workflows in action.
