Has anyone able to successfully connect NetSuite Production to Claude. I have NetSuite Sandbox connecting to claude flawlessly. The same role ported to NetSuite Production fails with this error Authorization with the MCP server failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If this persists, share this reference with support: "ofid_086090efe3e48ad1". And NetSuite Support is clueless as to why this is happening

Hey @Carl V I have connected several accounts
Make sure you have all the enable features turned on for MCP

So here is what I have. I got 2 roles on NetSuite Sandbox that are non-saml and have the three golden permissions to make this work - MCP Server connection = Full, Log in using OAuth 2.0 Access tokens = Full and OAuth 2.0 Authorized Applications Management = full

This works perfect in Sandbox. Additionally I have the 'MCP Standard Tools' version 1.0.6 installed. And this works
Same role ported now to NetSuite Production with same permissions
and the 'MCP Standard Tools' version 2.0 installed
and it fails
The only difference I see is version 1.0.6 installed in Sandbox but 2.0 installed in Production. Are you connecting in Production with version 2.0?

Hey @Carl V, can you confirm you have the these enable features turned on in production: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_0714080625.html
c
Yes they both turned on
This is the only way I am connecting successfully to NetSuite Sandbox
so the Claude connector or the NetSuite connection is not the issue. Something on the role in NetSuite Production is the issue.
FOUND IT - Perform search permission was set to 'View', it should be Full!
