Hi everyone, I'm trying to understand how the Subsidiary Country Limit is calculated in our account. It currently shows 12 out of 12 used. I ran a SuiteQL query and we have 18 active non-elimination subsidiaries across 5 countries (AE, CY, CZ, GB, IN). What's strange: - When I inactivated our only India subsidiary, the counter dropped from 12 to 10 - When I inactivated a CY subsidiary (we have many), the counter didn't change at all So it seems like it's counting unique countries, not the number of subsidiaries — but that still doesn't explain why it shows 12 and not 5. Has anyone seen this behavior before? We're planning to add a new subsidiary and want to understand if we'll hit a wall. Thanks!

I’ve seen (once) NetSuite arbitrarily set a limit on subsidiaries in Billing Information, so if you find you are hitting a wall where you should not (ref. flynn’s explanation, which should also be stated in your contract), tell your AM to issue you more. he/she should do so without additional charge.
