Does anyone know of a way to modify the Email Body/Subject for Customer Statements without setting up an automated/workflow custom email? Trying to figure out where the default template actually comes from to edit the company name and change it to subsidiary.

Customer statement email forms are not in the standard email templates folder

May be it is part of the system email templates category - setup>company> System Email templates. Might also look in email preference section too

everything i've found shows it's hardcoded and can't be found for edit anywhere. Seem to be the only entity facing email template like that

Off course with workflow you can customize the emails any way you like

on the workflow path. How do you get it to fire the email each time the saved search schedule goes off? Seems like the email should not be an ENTRY action? because they will only enter once
