Our users started having issues with custom inventory reports where they started timing out. We raised a support ticket with NS and they admitted that anything to do with reporting will have to be fixed on the back end. They identified it as a U3 defect and we had to ask them to escalate it to U2. They finally did something on the backend (my guess is reindexed the materialized views) and that allowed the reports to be displayed albeit it took 3-4 minutes to produce the results.
