Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue in SuiteCommerce related to subsidiaries. The customer is assigned to a parent subsidiary, and we have a website configured for a child subsidiary. When the customer places an order through the website, the Sales Order is automatically getting created under the customer’s primary (parent) subsidiary. However, the requirement is for the Sales Order to be created under the website’s subsidiary (child subsidiary) instead. Has anyone encountered this scenario before? Is there a recommended approach or best practice to ensure the order picks the website subsidiary rather than the customer’s primary subsidiary? Any suggestions would be really helpful. Have you tried using a workflow or script to set the subsidiary on the form the website is using? You can see the form the website is using on the website setup record on the shopping tab.
