Hi Team, We use charge based billing for our projects. right now invoices are created from Invoice billable customer page but issue with this is that invoice are standalone and not linked to order. this is causing duplicate revenue arrangement creation. is there any way invoice to be linked to order?

Use the invoice sales orders page or process billing operations page

@MGBC i dont see projects on invoice sales orders page. currently we bill from projects

If you want the invoice linked to the SO you have to create the invoice from the SO by clicking next bill on the SO or using the invoice sales orders This is the only way to make that link

@MGBC I was wondering how you bill from SO on the “Invoice Sales Orders” page for projects that are charged based. I have never used this before.

I think it the item on the sales order matches the item of the charges the invoice will pull in all charges with the same matching item
