Is it just a fact of life that the following month-end bulk processes take multiple hours each to complete, or if not, how can I find out what's making them slow and start fixing it? • Create Unbilled reclassification journal entries • Update Revenue Plans • Create Revenue Recognition Journal Entries

What kind of volume do you have? If you have tens of thousands of invoices every month and they all have tons of lines, etc, I can see those processes being slow. If it's taking multiple hours and your volume is pretty limited, I'd probably complain to NS. It's admittedly been a loooooong time since I've dealt with ARM and when I did so, the volume I was working with was very small, but I don't ever remember it taking an excessive amount of time. Though tbh, it seems like the performance of literally everything in the system seems to get worse every release.

I think it's just hundreds, not tens of thousands. I'll have to check though. We do have lots of customizations, user event scripts/workflows, etc. So maybe some of those are slowing things down. Since it has to do with journal entries and revenue arrangements and revenue plans, maybe I can add some logging to find out how much those are contributing to the long processing times.
