I have a question related to UK VAT returns. We have a transaction ( type = cheque ) which does not appear in the breakdown for box 6. It is only cheque transactions that appear to be missing from the tax return. Why would this be missing?

Have you checked tax period on the transaction?

I hadn't, but I have now, the accounting period and tax period are the same.
