Can anyone suggest a good shipping solution?
• must support DHL, FedEx &amp; UPS
• supports manual shipments for both domestic and international
• also supports hazmat/dangerous goods,
• great helpdesk support
• supports LTL is a plus

Rf-Smart for shipping process
And 3GTMS provide a simpler integration solution for different ltl carriers.

Currently using it for one of the accounts..

Amarsh, RF-Smart has been okay but there has not been as simple as expected. It also only supports manual domestic shipments and does not support hazmats for DHL.

Raghav, 3GTMS (PaceJet) was even worse than that of RF-Smart Shipping as it was the option we were working with previously and they did not support hazmats at all.

Tim, do you use ShipHawk and if so what are some pros/cons about it?

I've implemented ShipHawk at my previous employer and RF-Smart shipping where I'm currently at. I noticed you mentioned some issues with RF-Smart, ShipHawk is similar but has been around longer and perhaps has a bit more structure in place for your use case.
