In the United States, what does it take to get the Bank Feeds suiteapp to import bank data? We have two specific banks we want to reconcile bank statements for. Will I need to call these banks and get authentication set up over the phone? We have some credentials we use for the NetSuite EPM feature. Could we just re-use those? Would we even need to?

Bank Feed suite app uses Yodlee and SaltEdge as the service provider - you basically need one of the super banking user to login to the banking portal through Bank feed interface (if that bank is supported) then it is pretty straight forward
