@darrenhillconsulting There is some rigidity to the Parent vs. Non-Parent structure, you have to choose one or the other, not flexible contextually. Our biggest issue is that large CI's or ones with some heavy rules in the template can take hours / days to process (or just get stuck and lock up a processor and it blocked all other M/R's from executing while it was stuck / pent up. We couldn't cancel it either, so we had to plead with support to kill the routine. We've seen the PDF fail due to hitting limits
