FYI there's a recent bug that seems to not fully unpack bundles sometimes in Sandbox/Production environments. over many bundle installations per day, since accounts reaching 2019.1, i've been a part of identifying 4 of these. only way i've noticed it is through obscure errors. looks like this though: 1. Bundle installs, shows it installed successfully 2. Immediately click UPDATE on the same bundle 3. View the update/components list, several components will still show the update event will add rather than update. Updating the same bundle fixes the issue. It's also not a delay in unpacking, as some of these accounts have had the bundle for several days before we've noticed.
