@karlenigma We have AvaTax up and running in our production environment and it’s working well. I am testing in a sandbox the: “per-line taxes on transactions” checked (our Amazon orders pushed in with Web Services aren’t charging tax on shipping) and when it’s checked AvaTax doesn’t appear to work at all. I can’t find any documentation to see what I need to change in my AvaTax configuration to make it work. I have a case open with Avalara but their support is… not very supportive?!? Any suggestions?
