03/07/2019, 7:35 PMSDN is SuiteCloud Developer Network. Ok so a Sandbox Account should have the ability to do it. what Role are you using? Can you see it in Administrator?

03/07/2019, 7:42 PMWhat specifically do you need the "Available for SuiteBundles" for? It will most problem be related to: 1. The Owner of the File, and the permissions on that, and 2. The Folder the file is in.

03/07/2019, 7:53 PMWhen the Developer creates the Bundle, they should be able to select the Script itself (Not the file) and NetSuite will automatically bring the File along with it.

03/07/2019, 7:57 PMFile is a library (included in a Script Record), although if the Developer includes the Script Record, he might as well bring other dependencies that have not been tested nor approved

03/07/2019, 8:03 PMI see...so it's more the permission on the file than the ability to bring it over in a SuiteBundle. Can you do it using the Full Access Role?
