Any idea which is the permission needed in a role, in order to enable the Available for Suitebundlers checkbox?
@ERP Experts, this is my original question
I've followed @markderrick and your suggestions, but no luck so far 😢
e
What type of account are you using? Is it an account NetSuite provisioned to you for Training? Or is it an SDN Account?
n
Not sure what SDN stands for, but, it's a Sandbox account used by our Development team
e
SDN is SuiteCloud Developer Network. Ok so a Sandbox Account should have the ability to do it. what Role are you using? Can you see it in Administrator?
What specifically do you need the "Available for SuiteBundles" for? It will most problem be related to: 1. The Owner of the File, and the permissions on that, and 2. The Folder the file is in.
n
With the Administrator role I'm able to see the Available for Suitebundles checkbox, but with other roles latter checkbox is not available
A Developer needs to include a single script file within a Bundle (along with some Saved Searches and Workflows)
e
Ok so the script - what folder is it in? Is it in the SuiteScripts folder?
n
Yes
e
When the Developer creates the Bundle, they should be able to select the Script itself (Not the file) and NetSuite will automatically bring the File along with it.
n
File is a library (included in a Script Record), although if the Developer includes the Script Record, he might as well bring other dependencies that have not been tested nor approved
e
I see...so it's more the permission on the file than the ability to bring it over in a SuiteBundle. Can you do it using the Full Access Role?
n
We don't have that role in our NetSuite instance
e
have you got SuiteCloud Developer Framework enabled?
n
Yes
e
Can they check that box on Files that they have created and uploaded? Or does it do it on every single file?
