How does Celigo now compare to NetSuite connector? Seems like connector is being pushed more?

I always give priority to Restlet instead any third party for integration, which is cost effective and more customizable

Go for custom integrations and avoid Celigo/Boomi/FarApp..

Why?

You are right everyone seems due to no code or low code. But on the other hand it gives less control on integration, it will also increase your project cost.

There is no value add. I have gotten the feedback "it never works!". I have migrated 4+ customers so far from Celigo/Boomi

On top of that, you get a lot of functionality like data monitoring, data governance, error handling, guaranteed data delivery, low-code interface, AI assistance, prebuilt integrations, endpoint connectivity, support, etc that you realistically should build out in any custom integration. The platform has matured even further in the last 18 months as well. Happy to share more.

It really depends on what you need. But that said, the NetSuite connector does not have a great reputation. I don’t think NetSuite is putting much effort behind it. For complex, multi-platform integrations, people prefer Celigo or Boomi. There are fans of each, and I don’t know either well enough to comment on when to use either. If your needs involve replicating data from NetSuite to Salesforce, then our app (Breadwinner) works incredibly well, and we often are installed alongside Boomi or Celigo as we can deliver the UI, business logic, and automated replication that a non-Salesforce-native integration cannot.

I think NetSuite Connector is being positioned more for standard/simple integration use cases, especially when the flow fits the supported patterns. Celigo still seems better when we need more flexibility, custom logic, transformations, multi-system workflows, and stronger error handling/monitoring. So I wouldn’t treat NetSuite Connector as a full replacement for Celigo. I’d compare them case by case based on the complexity of the integration.
