Yeah, our collections team has reported having problems, beginning about three weeks ago. We don't have the volume of customers you do, but they're estimating roughly 10-15% of customers aren't getting letters sent (email). We've documented a few different scenarios, but the bottom line is that they have to check and then uncheck the Pause Dunning in order to get it to kick in.
