Even if you think nothing changed, CSV import, Mass update, Script, Reconciliation automation may Re-save the record, Recalculate fields or update hidden metadata

Yeah. A script update (like your PoS deposit script) is one of the most common reasons why submitted matches get cleared, even when no visible changes are made. if the script contains "record.load(...)" or "record.save(...)", then every time it runs that the transaction is re-saved or internal metadata changed(even if data doesn't)
