Hey everyone, I am having trouble getting a saved search added to the dashboard's Reminders portlet. The saved search is for a custom record type, and has no filters and only 4 result columns which are not using functions or summaries of any kind. It has the "Available For Reminders" checkbox ticked. The Reminders portlet lets me add it, but when I do so, the Reminders portlet goes blank, so I refresh it, but then my new saved search has disappeared from it, so I go to add it again, and get the same result. I've tried changing one of the fields to a Count summary, making the custom record type require no permissions for internal roles, making it use permissions list with just my role having Full permissions, and nothing seems to solve the problem. Do any of you know what's going on and how to fix this? I haven't found anything useful on the internet, the documentation, or otherwise yet, about this problem. It's not urgent or even necessary, just would be nice if I could have it working.

I would inspect the console for any client-side errors.

Hmm...when I made changes to my Reminders portlet (which was working just fine before) I'm seeing something similar. Then I refreshed again and it went back to normal.
Maybe a temporary glitch that is fixed now? The ol' clear cache is always worth a try too.

Good call, @Eric B - the attempt to save the Reminder Portlet changes has a response of: Notice Sorry, something went wrong. Please reload the page. with HTTP error code 500.
The ol' Turn-it-off-and-back-on-again (clear cache and cookies) did the trick! Thanks, @James Morris

Great! Kind of both love it and hate it when that happens. Always glad it's fixed, but very unsatisfying to not really understand what went wrong.
