We are bringing on a senior NSPB specialist to support and advance multiple concurrent client engagements. This is not an entry-level or learning opportunity — we need someone who has been here before. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Leading and supporting full-cycle NSPB implementations across multiple client environments - Troubleshooting complex configuration, dimension setup, budget templates, and workflow issues - Collaborating with our internal team to move active projects forward - Serving as the subject matter expert on NSPB best practices and architecture decisions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of hands-on NSPB experience, with multiple full implementations under your belt - Deep troubleshooting expertise across the full NSPB module — dimensions, templates, allocations, consolidations, intercompany - Ability to independently assess a situation, identify the problem, and execute with minimal direction - Clear, structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Availability for ongoing, part-time contract work THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF: - You've only supported NSPB implementations but haven't led them - You need significant ramp time or hand-holding to get productive - Your experience is primarily in NetSuite ERP without deep NSPB-specific work NICE TO HAVE - NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent) - Experience working within a consulting or MSP environment - Familiarity with multi-subsidiary or multi-currency NSPB setups ENGAGEMENT DETAILS - Type: Ongoing contract, part-time - Location: Remote - Rate: Open to proposals from qualified candidates TO APPLY Please include 2–3 specific NSPB implementations you've led, the complexity involved, and your availability. From your description, this looks like a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel NSPB engagements. In this kind of setup, the real challenge is keeping each implementation consistent and stable while still moving quickly. Small gaps in dimensions, templates, or data flows can easily create downstream issues in allocations, consolidations, and reporting. A strong approach here would be to quickly assess each active environment—especially dimension structures, period mappings, and data integrations—then standardize where possible. This helps prevent recurring issues and keeps all projects moving without unnecessary rework.
