Hi all, we have NetSuite file cabinet provisioned file size as 10,000 MB but we utilize 80,000 MB currently! Is box going to help us scale, especially if we are expecting more file attachments in future? And does Box has any max file size limit?

@neerajrtiwari I've used box in the past at a manufacturing company that saved every engineering file and CAD file per product. Box does has a file size limit but we have never been able to hit it. Box was a the perfect solution for us and very easy to work with.

@neerajrtiwari They have over 3k customers and over 50k products. Each product(s) is customized specifically for the customer. There are no two products alike. So we had lot of engineering files living in a separate server which caused extra time for our engineers. We also needed to be able to copies keep the customer's orders and signed contracts for each sales order with the sales order. Box made this all possible. Box works in two ways, the first is the traditional file storage directly and the second is per record. Every record in NetSuite has the ability to have its whole folder associated with it. So if you are looking a a specific sales order and click on the Box tab, all the related documents are attached. Or if you look at a Vendor, all the vendor's related documents are attached (ie. 1099, contracts). Box also lets you customize permissions so for our engineering files, we could build permissions around which engineers could see which files based on location. Ie. our China engineers do not have access to USA government engineering files.
