Hi guys, is there a way for Administrator account in our production to disable the 2FA? Well we already set the 2FA to not required but still when we login its still requires us to add 2FA specially 🤔

I'm pretty sure for Administrator role 2FA is always requried. this is a netsuite standard

yeah thought so too.. even if the 2FA is not required its still requesting for 2FA when we log in

Admins and core admins have mandatory 2FA. There are also number of permissions that also enforce the mandatory 2FA. You can see this on the page "Two-Factor Authentication Roles": Buy why would you be looking into disabling 2FA?

We are using selenium on testing a functionality. And it always ask for 2FA ...
