My latest contact with the certifications team is to check <https://certview.oracle.com/|Oracle CertView> and register there using my certification email address. They are also saying there wasn't a renewal exam 25/26 and to standby. Registering did not display my certifications btw.

It has been a masterclass in terrible communication.
