Is there a way to control the Supply Allocation feature? For example, I would like to allocate POs assigned to project A to demands that are assigned to project A as well?

No there is not really a way to do this in a "nice way". Natively netsuite will tell you to use Speical PO's, which i'm sure do not meet your needs. Also the other option is Order reservations which is also pretty tedious. It does get inventory allocated but adds another level of transaction management and complication into the mix
