Is it possible to consider purchase requisitions in MRP?

The purpose of Purchase Requisitions is to have one off purchases without demand/ MRP that need approval. I’m not sure of a standard way to do this. If you really need to add to mrp requirements for an item, I would suggest you add to the forecast of that item through your demand/ promotion planning process.
