Not sure if your question was directed to me but the reason being is because I'm putting together an industry research piece focused on the 'True TCO' (Total Cost of Ownership) of ERP rollouts. Most literature focuses purely on the initial software and consulting costs, but completely ignores the ongoing 'hidden payroll' of accounting teams who are forced to maintain manual workarounds for years because of missed requirements. I’m just trying to benchmark if this is a universal industry problem or just an isolated issue. Any thoughts?
