Hi everyone - when one of our business lines creates a Quote from an Opportunity, there is something that is setting the Quote Status and Probably to a specific Status/Probability instead of what is on the Opportunity. And it's then changing the Opportunity Status/Probability. For example, if the Opp is status 4/80% the quote created at status 2/40% - and then the Opp is changed to status 2/40%. It's only on one business line - which has a different set of forms. But I can't see where it's coming from. It doesn't seem to be a workflow - at least not one logged to the record or that I can find otherwise. Any ideas? Are there defaults that can be set up somewhere? Thanks!
