Getting a strange error in my Celigo connection with Netsuite. I think it is related to a postMap hook and the differences between using a Prod Netsuite connection and Sandbox Netsuite connection. Failed to load file: xxxxx; caused by: You do not have access to the media item you selected I found this article that it looks liek @Tyler Lamparter edited or created that seems to be addressing the issue, but I can't figure out what SuiteScript hook they are referring to. I know where to update this in Celigo, but I don't know what file/script in Netsuite i should be referencing. @Tyler Lamparter any chance you remember this article and how to find the correc SuiteScript?

Are you using a SuiteScript hook on your Celigo import? If you look at the Celigo flow step, is there a hook icon there where it references a file id?

Hi @Tyler Lamparter thank you. Yes this is all correct, it does have a Suitescript hoook. My problem is I don't know what Internal ID to set....how do I know what the file should be?

Where do you get this error? Can you show your Celigo flow and step where it's failing?

Hi @Tyler Lamparter sorry i was able to figure this out. It was in the instructions for the Template that I needed to download the file and manually add into netsuite....i thought it was part of the Celigo bundle or something. I'm all good now. sorry
