For the voucher template do I need to do anything outside of marking the form as preferred? It's still printing the old template. We do not have a custom payment form in our environment.

If you have a custom transaction form, you'll need to edit the custom form, associate it with advanced PDF, and select the advanced template you want to associate with it. There are two places to select it: for printing, and for emailing.

Thanks. I ended up resolving this. The subsidiary I was testing against had a custom check form while the other subsidiary did not which is why my last preferred form change worked as expected.
