You only need something like NGINX to proxy which is really lightweight. Also you can setup automatic and free https as long as you have a domain you can utilize for the certificate using certbot. You should be able to get a very small server from something like Digital Ocean, etc. You need almost no space. The only consideration is that you should probably setup some sort of authentication to make sure nobody else can use your proxy. Or you could use fail2ban to just ban failures to log in to Temu as long as your able to log that from the proxy.
