Hi, which Filter criteria is used to check if employee is terminated?

Termination/Release Date is not empty?

You could make a custom field

You should have an employee status field

The termination date is the source for the employee status. if it’s past the termination date it will be Terminated status, if the termination date is in the future the employee is still active
