02/23/2022, 10:55 AMIn 2022.1 Netsuite have changed the rich text editor used in item and website setup, marketing templates, etc. As of now, the change is not documented in the release notes. The new editor is missing the button to toggle between WYSIWYG rich text editing and HTML source. If, like us, you rely on this feature, there's a defect logged Defect 659366

03/02/2022, 6:41 PMThe editor in "messages" for us, does show the ability to switch between the two sources, however it defaults to HTML, so our users were immediately confused and now have to click "Source" before they can edit a message.
When dealing with Saved Search > Email > Customize Message, we don't have any option to switch and it looks much more minimalistic.
