Anyone know why the release preview is not acessible to everyone when they click "view all roles"?

Have you given them access (edit their employee record in the RP account)?

they already had access
per the "give access" checkbox
i.e. i have not actively gone out there and removed and re-given their access @CD --

I can only relay my experience, but that checkbox was set on all users in my RP account & I had to uncheck, save & re-check (and grant roles)
All of the users had the message "This user has different email addresses to login into the system and receive notifications. Please update this record with the email address, you want to be used as a login name and notifications." at the top of their employee page

I've only had to open the employee record in edit mode and then re-save.

and of course the employee will have to do the standard log out and back in again after you resave the record.
