In 20.2, there is a new security enhancement for expense reports. There is now a default user folder for expense reports. The issue now is the folder is set as private. Only system admins or owner of folder can see the files! How have you overcome this? We have an accounts payable team that need to see the files and the only response from NetSuite is: Make the folder non private Give system admin rights Neither are practical
