Update on this Many business processes disrupted since we can't reliably search / load / save records of all types, including records with zero scripts on them. Been in contact with support all day. They are pointing to issues in their database infrastructure: overloaded database connection pool. They gave me a U3 defect, meaning up to 7 days turnaround time. 🤦 😠
