So I just talked to a guy who said the problem is if you use the checkbox that says like Include Transaction -- if you default setting is to include an HTML copy of the transaction it will cause the error> i was able to fix it by setting the preference to PDF instead of HTML, and i didn't have to give them any upload permissions on JS.
