We have a lot of defects open with them. This issue where records are uneditable, which they gave us a “couple hours” estimate a couple hours ago. One where global search doesn’t return work orders, fulfillment requests or multiple other records (U5 6 weeks!), restlets timing out and role issues. It’s been a fun upgrade.
