does anyone else use versapay to accept credit card payments? we've been using them about six months now and have constant issues with things like their auto reconciliation and emailing invoices to the customers and were wondering if anybody else has these issues.

Versapay is known for issues and poor service.

I've used it at a past company without issues but at this company, nothing but issues 🤷🏻‍♀️

That's odd but could be something in your NS env.
