@dkesler28 I believe Celigo is using webservices to communicate with NS. I have 2 integrations with NS that are also using webservices and really ... I don`t test them with RP. With both of them the setup is done by 3rd party support team, as I don`t have an access to connector settings, so it would take weeks before it is linked with RP and actually tested.
