Hi all - I haven't been able to find an answer for this elsewhere. Perhaps I am bad at googling. In the planning workbench under the exception tab, I'm curious as to why some exceptions aren't showing a planned purchase order #, where as some do show the #. any help would be great or if you could point me in the right direction

Is it possibly related to unfirmed/firmed planned orders if it shows it or not?

Normal behavior. If the exception is tied to an actual planned PO record that already exists, NetSuite shows the planned PO number. If it is just a generic lead-time warning before a specific planned PO is generated or linked, you will see the exception without a #.

is the supply required by date passed? if you need something on 12.1 and today is 12.5 it won't show up on the planning it won't show up. system assumes you must have done something outside the system to fulfill that requirement
