We're OK with file cabinet on 2016.2 but on the NetSuite status page 9/20 at 10:48 PM - An incident in our database infrastructure has resulted in an interruption of service for some customer accounts attempting to access File cabinet functionality. Operations Engineers were notified of the issue by monitoring and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
