well, considering the planned upgrade 2 weeks ago went compeletly sideways (because netsuite went down entirely 1 hour before the upgrade, so we did’n tknow if they were upgrading netsuite, fixing netsuite, or ugprading just us), it hasn’t been a pleasant process
