I don't currently need help figuring out how to set up ReST Web Services. What I need is to know any pitfalls, side effects, etc. that could occur when we turn it on. I can't find any documentation about that. The sort of things that make you say "I wish I'd known that BEFORE we turned it on."

turning it on doesn't change anything.
