I really appreciate all the third party vendors that have attended over the past few years. I have established new relationships and partnerships from meeting face to face there. I have been there I think the last 3 they held. I am always looking to find something new to help us with our complex scenarios. We use NS for our entire company(Financials, ERP, OMS and SCA), so we basically have business integrations in all our units. I have also used this event in the past to escalate some support concerns and was able to get a meeting with some leaders in the support departments. So, it can be a very good experience if you want to make it so.
