My opinion only: SuiteWorld is a great conference. Yeah, there's sales-pitchyness, but the sessions expose you not only to things in NetSuite that you might be able to use, and the community of other users is a great way to talk shop and get ideas, tips, and make friends and contacts. I haven't done the pre-training, but I did use the Learning Pass all last year (one benefit to Covid was it gave me weekends to do training since I needed mental stimulation that Netflix wasn't going to offer). I'm sure others can chime in on the SuiteWorld trainings. I come back from SuiteWorld with my head buzzing with ideas on what we can do at my company to better use NS in ways that I wouldn't have thought of myself, but another user and I talked about it during lunch and... good things happened. Final (this is more than I expected to write) thought: the expo floor was useful in collecting high-level data, and about 3 months after the last SuiteWorld, our Ops team wanted a new system and I had business cards from 4 companies that offered that particular service. We launched with one of them 6 months later.
